Spring Fever... I posted a note a few days ago about having Spring Fever. I had a big plans of reorganizing my home from top to bottom. I tend to think big, but need to work on my follow through :) But, those big aspirations tend to bring me down other worth while rabbit trails so they aren't completely wasted.
So, what did I actually get done with my Spring Fever? I'll share them with you. While I appreciate technology, I'm not a fan of all the gadgets lying around my house. Plus, there are so many gadgets & I still can't ever seem to find the one remote I'm looking for. With my "can do" spring fever attitude, I decided to do something about it.
I took a few old vintage drawers, gave them a nice cleaning, a few coats of paint
& ta da a cute caddy to hold all my remotes.
and more remotes...
I'm new to blogging, so you may not know this about me, but I am all about versatility in the products I create. I try to incorporate items with multiple functions...why:
1. Because I change my decor a lot
2. My funds are limited
3. I have two small children and my lifestyle is constantly in a transition mode.
4. I have limited storage space
So, here are some ideas for re-purposing this already re-purposed drawer:
The Grown-up Easter Basket
I don't know about you, but this is the type of easter basket I would want to receive. I packed it with some of my Antique Ceiling Tin Bunnies (available in my Etsy store).
When Easter is over and your remotes have found a new home, how about a sweet garden box centerpiece:
Just a few lovely ideas to get your creative juices flowing...now go re-purpose some of your items or visit my Etsy store to buy up the goodies pictured today.
